THE LABORATORY

Our operational ISO Class 7 cleanroom provides a stable, particle-controlled environment for precision research, calibration, and testing.

The space is fully configurable as a dark room, offering controlled-light conditions with stray-light suppression for optical, photonic, and laser-based experiments that require absolute illumination stability.

Designed for projects that demand reliability, repeatability, and contamination-free workflows, the cleanroom also supports the testing and evaluation of instruments developed for space applications — including components that require optical isolation, thermal stability, and rigorous environmental consistency.

A modular 15 × 5 m extension is currently under construction, divisible into two 7.5 × 5 m units, enabling parallel work, independent environmental setups, and highly customized testing configurations.

Inside the lab, researchers can conduct optical and electronic measurements, prepare samples, build prototypes, and validate experimental or pre-production processes — all without the administrative barriers or high entry coststypically associated with institutional cleanrooms.

KEY FEATURES

ISO7 with continuous monitoring

The facility meets ISO Class 7 standards, with constant measurement of air quality and environmental stability to ensure reliable, repeatable research conditions.

Controlled SPACE & dark-room capability

Temperature, humidity, particle density, and illumination are precisely regulated — including full light isolation for optical alignment, detector testing, and laser-based experiments.

Modular, adaptable layout

The cleanroom layout can be reconfigured to support optical, photonic, semiconductor, or multi-disciplinary R&D tasks, allowing each team to tailor the space to its workflow.

Flexible access options

Usage can be booked by the hour, by the day, or for complete project cycles — giving researchers and developers the freedom to scale cleanroom access to their exact needs.

IDEAL FOR

Optical testing, calibration, & assembly

The cleanroom’s controlled environment and dark-room capability support high-precision optical alignment, detector characterization, laser setups, and assembly of light-sensitive instruments.

Semiconductor and photonics experiments

ISO7 conditions enable contamination-free handling of wafers, micro-optical components, sensors, and photonic devices that require particle, temperature, and humidity stability.

Sample manufacturing & micro-fabrication

The space allows for preparation, processing, and inspection of small-scale components where surface cleanliness and repeatability are critical.

Validation & environmental simulation

The stable, monitored environment is suitable for validating prototypes, running controlled measurement workflows, and performing tests that require environmental consistency — including instruments developed for space applications.
